Ravenscroft Developmental Pediatrics services children between the ages of 12 months through 18 years of age. We do not accept insurance. However upon request we can provide you with documentation that you may submit to your insurance company. Please visit our payment & billing page for more information.
You're considered an established patient if you've seen Dr. Ravenscroft within the last three years. If you visited her at a different facility, please contact our office before scheduling to confirm your status. These appointments can be in person or virtual via a HIPAA compliant platform.
To ensure the best care, please provide any past medical records before your appointment. You can find the Release of Records form on our Forms page to have your records sent to our facility. Let us know if you need any assistance—we’re happy to help!

We are committed to providing you with quality care, and we are pleased to discuss our professional fees with you at any time. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is important to our professional relationship. Please ask if you have any questions about our fees, financial policy, or your responsibilities as our patient. It is your responsibility to contact our office to notify us of any changes to your information. It is also important that you realize this is a cash-based practice, and payment is due at the time of scheduling. If you do not make timely payments, you face being terminated as a patient from this practice. You must complete and sign our Financial Policy before care is rendered.

Payment for services are due at the time of booking, we accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA, and Zelle. Your payment will be securely processed through CharmHealth Blue Fin, if you are expiring any issues with your payment, Please contact our office immediately.
Ravenscroft Developmental Pediatrics is considered an out of network provider and does not participate in ANY insurance plans.
You have the option to submit a copy of your superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you'd like to pursue this, we are happy to provide you with a copy of your superbill from your visit with us. We highly recommend reaching out to your insurance carrier beforehand to confirm your behavioral health benefits, as coverage for all codes listed on the superbill may vary.

If you arrive late, you will be seen for the remainder of your scheduled appointment. Please note that your session time cannot be extended beyond the originally booked slot.

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens, but appointment space is limited. Please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible to allow others the opportunity to book.
Cancellations 48+ hours in advance – Full refund
Cancellations 24 hours in advance – 50% of appointment cost refunded
Same-day cancellations or no-shows – No refund

Standard Follow-up Appointment
Have questions after your initial assessment? Need clarification, have concerns about medication, or want to make sure your care plan is on track? We offer a variety of follow-up appointment options to meet your needs. We're here to support you and ensure everything is going smoothly!
30- Minute follow up - $200
• Follow up appointment with Dr. Ravenscroft
60-Minute follow up (Best for annual follow-ups) - $400
• Follow-up appointment including developmental testing with Dr. Ravenscroft
Autism Reevaluations
We recommend an autism reassessment every three years, as often required by insurance, to ensure your child is receiving the right support. We’re proud to offer this service exclusively to our established patients. Using trusted, standardized autism assessment tools, we’ll evaluate where your child currently falls on the spectrum, track their progress, and provide a clear plan for next steps. We’ll also review their current therapies to make sure they’re on the best path for continued growth and development.
This comprehensive assessment includes:
• A detailed review of past medical history
• A full medical physical examination
• Developmental and adaptive functioning assessment
• Standardized Autism evaluation tools used such as Child Autism Rating Scale (CARS) and/or ADOS testing.
• Ongoing management available at an additional cost (i.e. medication follow up, laboratory testing, etc.)
• Medical, academic and therapy recommendations included with our social worker
Patients Reestablishing Care
$350.00 due at the time of scheduling
Includes one appointment
One appointment with Dr. Ravenscroft and team (60 min)
Are you a patient who would like to reestablish care with Dr. Ravenscroft?
Patients reestablishing care with Dr. Ravenscroft within the past year will require a 60-minute visit and will be charged $350.00 for their first visit. (50 minutes +10-minute care coordination)
Patients that have not seen Dr. Ravenscroft in over 3 years will be considered new patients and will need a standard new patient assessment.
