Ravenscroft Developmental Pediatrics services children between the ages of 12 months through 18 years of age.  We do not accept insurance. However upon request we can provide you with documentation that you may submit to your insurance company.  Please visit our payment & billing page for more information.

We’re excited to support you and your child’s journey. All New Patient appointments are done in person at our office unless otherwise discussed. 

To ensure the best care, please provide any past medical records before your appointment. You can find the Release of Records form on our forms page to have your records sent to our facility. Let us know if you need any assistance—we’re happy to help!

Our Policies

  • If you arrive late, you will be seen for the remainder of your scheduled appointment. Please note that your session time cannot be extended beyond the originally booked slot.

  • We understand that life happens, but appointment space is limited. Please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible to allow others the opportunity to book.

    • Cancellations 48+ hours in advance – Full refund 

    • Cancellations 24 hours in advance – 50% of appointment cost refunded

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows – No refund

  • We are committed to providing you with quality care, and we are pleased to discuss our professional fees with you at any time. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is important to our professional relationship. Please ask if you have any questions about our fees, financial policy, or your responsibilities as our patient. It is your responsibility to contact our office to notify us of any changes to your information.  It is also important that you realize this is a cash-based practice, and payment is due at the time of scheduling. If you do not make timely payments, you face being terminated as a patient from this practice.  You must complete and sign our Financial Policy before care is rendered.

    • Payment is due at the time of scheduling. 

    • We require a credit card to be kept on file prior to the initial visit. 

    • All payments should be made via our secure online platform. 

    • We do not accept insurance.

  • Payment for services are due at the time of booking, we accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA, and Zelle. Your payment will be securely processed through CharmHealth Blue Fin, if you are expiring any issues with your payment, Please contact our office immediately.

    Ravenscroft Developmental Pediatrics is considered an out of network provider and does not participate in ANY insurance plans. 

    You have the option to submit a copy of your superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you'd like to pursue this, we are happy to provide you with a copy of your superbill from your visit with us. We highly recommend reaching out to your insurance carrier beforehand to confirm your behavioral health benefits, as coverage for all codes listed on the superbill may vary.

New Patient Assessment

A personalized developmental assessment designed for parents who have concerns about their child's developmental progress or for families of children with an existing autism or developmental delay diagnosis who may not be making expected progress. If you're wondering, "What’s next?" or looking for guidance to help your child move forward, this session is customized to address your family's unique needs and concerns, which may include:

A detailed review of past medical history 

A full medical physical examination

Medication Consultation 

Functional Medicine Support 

Ongoing management available at an additional cost (i.e. medication follow up, laboratory testing, etc.)

Medical, academic and therapy recommendations included

Add-ons available: if you received an autism evaluation from a different provider that isn’t Dr. Sheri Ravenscroft and are needing to get re-evaluated for insurance reasons. We are happy to include an autism re-evaluation to your New Patient Assessment at no extra cost. Just inform our team prior to your child’s scheduled appointment! 

$675 due at the time of scheduling 

Includes: 

 Initial assessment appointment with Dr. Ravenscroft (90 min)

Autism Evaluations

Worried About Autism? Get the Clarity You Need. This evaluation is designed to answer your concerns and provide a clear picture of your child’s developmental strengths and challenges. Using trusted, standardized autism assessment tools, we can pinpoint where your child falls on the spectrum and create a personalized plan to support their growth and success. Re-evaluations are available for Established patients, please visit our established patient page for info.

This comprehensive assessment includes:

A detailed review of past medical history 

A full medical physical examination

Developmental and adaptive functioning assessment

Standardized Autism evaluation tools used  such as Child Autism Rating Scale (CARS)  and/or ADOS testing. 

Ongoing management available at an additional cost (i.e. medication follow up, laboratory testing, etc.)

Medical, academic and therapy recommendations included with our social worker.

$1,800.00 due at the time of scheduling 

Includes three appointments:

Initial assessment appointment with Dr. Ravenscroft (90 min)

  Follow up appointment with Dr. Ravenscroft (50 min)

 Care coordination session with our social work team to help guide your next steps (30 min)

Genomic Assessment
